H2020-HCA cluster publishes its second newsletter

We are delighted to share with you the second and most recent edition of the H2020-HCA Cluster on March 31, 2022 – you can read it here.

The group consists of representatives from the six pilot actions (BRAINTIME, discovAIR, ESPACE, HCA|Organoid, HUGODECA, HUTER) that were funded under the Horizon 2020 call H2020-SC1-2019 to contribute to the Human Cell Atlas (HCA) initiative.

The March 2022 edition included three articles by members of the ESPACE’s consortium:

  • Interview with Anna Martinez Casals, Researcher at SciLifeLab
    The ESPACE communications team recently met with Dr Martinez Casals, Researcher at SciLifeLab in Stockholm, Sweden, to learn more about her work in ESPACE’s Work Package 4, the innovative cell segmentation techniques used by her and her team, and what motivates her in her career. Read more »
  • The ESPACE Cloud – A snapshot

  • ESPACE: Industry-Academia Webinar: May 31, 2022 | 14:00-17:45 CEST
    ESPACE is hosting a webinar titled “Building a Human Cell Atlas of the Pancreas”. The webinar consists of two parts: an introduction of state-of-the-art single-cell technologies by industry partners as well as presentations of ESPACE findings by members of the consortium to demonstrate the project’s achievements toward building a human cell atlas.
